MS3 passes one hundred thousand pound mark in Gigabit Vouchers
MS3 Networks, a fibre network operator in Hull and East Yorkshire, has announced that it has recently surpassed the £100,000 mark for approved vouchers on the Gigabit Voucher Scheme.
The Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme (GBVS), is run by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and provides vouchers worth up to £2,500 for a small or medium sized business to help with the costs of connecting to full fibre broadband.
The scheme is part of a wider government plan to get more homes and businesses connected to full fibre broadband across the UK.
As a registered supplier of the Gigabit Voucher Scheme MS3 Networks is able to provide ultrafast fibre broadband to businesses across the city.
MS3 has seen a rise in the number of SME’s interested in getting connected to full fibre broadband in Hull as businesses learn about the benefits of upgrading to faster, more reliable broadband. Since becoming a registered supplier of the voucher scheme MS3 has issued nearly 40 vouchers and built over 2,000m of network to reach new businesses.
MS3 Managing Director, Tony Hales said: “We’re very happy with the uptake so far on the Gigabit Voucher Scheme. Our Sales team are talking to new businesses every day who are still suffering with poor broadband and we hope to help many more SME’s get connected to full fibre broadband.”
