Kennett Insurance were desperate to improve their broadband speed as the slow speeds affected the business.

Solution:

Founded in 1972, Kennett Insurance Brokers is one of the area’s leading insurance brokers. Kennett Insurance provides independent, professional advice which highlights their excellent market experience and product knowledge.

Before choosing MS3 Kris Singleton, IT Manager at Kennett Insurance had used a number of other companies to try and improve the poor connectivity previously utilising an expensive leased line service and an AirFibre solution.

“We previously had a costly leased line to service a hosted back office system we use. To try and obtain a high speed internet connection, we used an Airfibre solution. Although this did provide the increased speed, the uptime was not consistent enough to allow us to disconnect our leased line.”
In late 2013 Kennett Insurance decide to take the plunge and upgraded their broadband to MS3’s fibre-to-the-premise service, they haven’t looked back since.
