Escape Room Hull - Business Broadband Services

Escape Room Hull is an independent escape room company located in the heart of Hull City centre. It began in November 2016 with two owners and one escape room scenario and after moving premises now has five unique games with six members of staff and counting.  

Prior to MS3 installing fibre to their premises Escape Room Hull were using a 4G mobile broadband solution. When the business first started out 4G matched their requirements as the business only had one tablet for uploading group photos to social media and one computer connected to the booking/email system.

However, during busy periods and especially weekends when there was a lot of 4G traffic in the area, speeds would drop as the connection slowed down. As Escape Room Hull continued to grow, so did the business’ internet requirements. More devices needed to be connected simultaneously on a regular basis. It now has 20+ devices connected to the Internet on any given day.

Escape Room Hull needed a fast and reliable internet connection to allow them to access their booking system, emails, social media platforms and customer waiver forms. MS3 got in touch with Escape Room Hull as it expanded into new premises at Ferens Court to discuss their requirements and to make them aware of the Gigabit Voucher Scheme (https://gigabitvoucher.culture.gov.uk/).

As an SME Escape Room Hull were eligible to receive a grant of £3,000 (Ex. VAT) to cover the installation costs to get connected to gigabit capable fibre broadband provided by MS3. Having completed the voucher application MS3 swiftly installed fibre to Escape Room Hull to get them connected and they were receiving ultrafast speeds in no time.
